pre design
Before design begins, we take the time to understand your project fully. This stage includes an initial briefing session to explore your functional and aesthetic goals, a review of architectural plans, and an assessment of the spaces involved. Depending on the scope and stage of your project, a site visit and measure-up may be required. This foundational phase ensures clear expectations, accurate documentation, and informed design decisions—so every subsequent step is aligned with your vision and the realities of the space.
concept design
Here the design finds its direction. Through a series of meetings we present conceptual imagery, sketch perspectives, and preliminary materials and fixture selections — each one a step toward a space that’s considered, liveable, and uniquely yours.
design documentation
The concept becomes a construction-ready reality. We translate the approved design into a complete drawing set — joinery plans, wet area elevations, sections and details — alongside a comprehensive schedule of finishes, materials, fittings and fixtures. Delivered in two stages, preliminary and for pricing, the documentation package gives your builder everything needed to price and build with confidence.
tender and pricing
We can manage the tender process on your behalf. Documentation is distributed to contractors, queries are answered, addenda prepared, and received quotes coordinated for your review. We work closely with you through this stage to ensure the design is delivered within your expectations.
construction stage services
We stay involved throughout the build. Site inspections, variation administration, shop drawing reviews, sample approvals, contractor queries — we handle the detail so the design is realised as intended. At completion, we carry out a thorough defects inspection and issue a schedule of any items requiring attention.
furniture, decor + styling
For spaces that need furnishing, styling, or a considered artwork selection. We begin with concept and planning — a briefing session, preliminary furniture planning, and a direction presentation. From there, detailed selections across furniture, furnishings, décor and artwork are developed and presented with a full schedule including finishes, dimensions, lead times and pricing. Once approved, we manage procurement on your behalf.
